ABOUT THE PROJECT

I helped Vera launch her business with an online presence through which people could discover her services, find the salon and arrange appointments with her and her colleagues. The website introduced the range and character of her work so visitors could make informed choices and recommend it to others. Vera gave me creative freedom over the structure and development, and I wrote the website copy as well. I also selected and integrated visuals to support the presentation.

The website opened with Vera’s motto to establish a welcoming tone. After a brief introduction, it presented the salon’s services through copy I created. My previous experience as a project assistant at a private clinic helped inform the writing and visual direction for this sector. Customer feedback provided additional context, and a call to action encouraged visitors to arrange an appointment. Other pages developed the service information in greater detail, including a price list, gallery, team introduction and the salon’s mission.
